To ensure prompt and efficient service, please provide us the following details:

Bookings must be finalized on or before the deadline date.

Payments
Payment must be made in advance, either in cash, cheque or bank draft to be directly deposited to our bank accounts. All bank deposits should include an additional USD 10.00 per transaction to cover bank charges. Validated deposit slips should be faxed or emailed to us.

Services will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Concessions
For every fifteen full paying passengers, we shall extend complimentary accommodation, tours and transfers for one person up to a maximum of four. Children aged 2-11 years old, sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed are free of charge and enjoy 50% discount on tours and transfers.

Cancellations
All bookings, once confirmed, are subject to cancellation charges unless cancelled at least 72 hours before arrival ( except on super peak dates).

Refunds
Refunds on unavailed services, less any cancellation charges incurred, will be made.

Liability
Southeast Travel acts only in the capacity of an agent for the suppliers in the transportation and other services specified.

Southeast Travel shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in the itinerary or other irregularities which may occur due to wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the suppliers, their employees or others not under the control of the company.

Defects of failures of any conveyance, equipment or instrumentality under the control of suppliers. Acts of God, fire, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or dangers incident to the sea, land, and air.

Itinerary variations
Southeast Travel constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvement can be made or if unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels.
